Hadley really likes to crawl thru and under things even though most of the things she chooses are dangerous. Tonight her grandma gave her a Thomas the Train tent to crawl in. She really liked it until she tried to get out thru the window instead of the door. Not only did she get really mad, she yelled at me and threw a bit of a tantrum.

Sick Day, Fun Day
Unfortunately Hadley had a rough night on Wednesday and got very sick. She stayed home with mommy on Thursday and had a very fun day. She did fun things like try to unplug the computer, crawl through the kitchen chair, pull herself up on the fireplace, hang her legs out of the bathtub because it was more full of toys than her, crawl behind her bed, attack her humidifier, and many, many more activities! Needless to say, mommy is exhausted and happy to return to work tomorrow! Here is a cute picture of Hadley climbing thru the chair. The first one she is happy. The second not so much since she got stuck! Oh, brother!

Hadley's Big Weekend
Hadley had a very exciting weekend that was almost entirely about her. It started with her eating with a fork. She's been on table food since late December and she eats almost everything that we do. Now she's starting to get food from the fork to her mouth in a smooth motion.
On Saturday she started swim lessons and LOVED them. She's been a bath-lover since the very beginning so the pool was great! She's also a natural swimmer. She's already starting to kick her legs and move her arms in the right motion. We think she's a genius!
She's also discovered EVERYTHING at grandma's house. Pictured is her playing with a rug even though not 2 feet away is a mountain of toys.
On Sunday she went to Nana's house for the first time. She had a great time playing toys and eating dinner. Nana had a great duck that sang Old MacDonald and she thought it was hysterical!

New Foods
Hadley is really into trying new foods and feeding herself. She really wants to be a big girl. Today she went back to school after break and for lunch she had fish stick, grean beans, butter bread and oranges! She loved them all and wouldn't take any of the baby food from her teachers!
Tonight after dinner I rewarded her for all the good eating by giving her some sugar free chocolate pudding. Based on the picture below, I think it's safe to say that she really liked it! Hello big people food, good-bye baby food!
